About Us
We are a private bilingual school, located in a privileged natural environment just ten minutes from downtown Nagua. At WELEEC, we offer a comprehensive academic program in English and Spanish that respects each student’s pace and learning style, while enhancing their individual talents and abilities.
We shape global citizens with values of respect, responsibility, kindness, justice, civic engagement, and environmental and social awareness. Our methodology is supported by an enriched, internationally aligned curriculum based on the STEM approach, which fosters innovation, research, problem-solving, and teamwork.
More than a school, we are a space where knowledge meets creativity, sports, art, and music — preparing tomorrow’s leaders to successfully face a globalized and ever-changing world.

I am truly grateful that my children are part of WELEEC, the first and only bilingual school in the region. The Montessori model has allowed them to learn naturally, developing independence and a genuine love for knowledge from an early age. At the same time, the STEM approach opens the door to a world of innovation, critical thinking, and creativity.
